The Current roof is starting to lift and rust. We have had several different people telling us different stories. We think it may be past reparing but would be willing to fix it if it was worthwhile. We would like to line the roof space and put in an attic ladder whilst the sheets of tin are off. Also insulate and put in whirley bird.
It is a double pitched roof and I am unsure the last time it was replaced if ever. The house was built in the 1880's. Some of the roof is from the extension. There are 3 chimneys.
