My request is for you to visit google maps and give me a quote to clean, reseal, paint and take away old material that was gernead from the roof. The house is a 3 brooms with cement tile roof which is 19 years old. Has 6 cracked tiles and needs to be pressure cleaned with Re-point Ridges done - Appling seal primer and then 2 top coats. The membrane used to reseal the roof has a 10 year warranty from Reseal Roofing Australia The quote is $4250. Are you in a position to better the quote? What warranty is applied to the membrane? Do you collect the debris from cleaning/gerning the roof? How do you do it?
