The roof is approx 35 years old with glased tiles where the lead flashing has sagged and is letting water in. Other problems with the roof include birds are able to gain access to the roof & have been nesting, this needs to be repaired. Some of the facia has deteriorated also.
I require a quote but the work would be done in the next month or so.
