One side of a 70 year old tin roof requires a paint and possible repairs. We are hoping to extend the roofs life by 5 years and stop the leaks! Other three sides of the single story home have already been painted in woodland grey by previous owners. Its not a big job however, I dont have neither the skill or time to get the job done in a timely manor.
