Not sure where his good reviews came from, must have been my bad luck. Received quote for roof painting and guttering replacement took ages to actually make contact, had to contact time and time again. Finally job commenced and completed. Job actually looked good on completion and I paid him in full after he said he would be back to clear rubbish. Hasn't shown up after repeated attempts to call him (Alex). I have now discovered a fault in the downpipe of the guttering. Have made contact via email phone and txt probably about a dozen times. Never shown up despite saying he will. Fed up with him now and have referred to a third party for recovery action.
