Fabulous job and fabulous service! Santi's professionalism and communication can not be faulted. He arrived at the agreed time to conduct the quote and thoroughly explained the problems with the roof, providing a quote with multiple financial options. The work was delayed for a few weeks due to the weather (either too hot or raining) which was totally out of Santi's control, but he kept us informed and updated which is all we could ask for. The work on the roof is excellent and really improved the street appeal of our house. I highly recommend Santi and his team. Probably the easiest and most professional trades person I have ever worked with.

Did not arrive at the agreed time to provide a quote. Quote was provided without even evaluating the roof. No sales follow up after providing the quote, but requested feedback via Service Central. We went with another repairer, who although was more expensive, provided much better initial service.
