Block of flats require the roof to be replaced. Leaking from rooms on top floor when there is heavy rain. Currently metal sheet roofing, so colourbond will be required. Gutters may also have to be replaced. Job involves repair/replacement of two separate blocks of flats on the one parcel of land, so not a small job. Insurance a must.
