Roof needs to be replaced with ZincAlume corrugated sheets along with box/fascia guttering, rainheads and downpipes.
Approximately 150m2 roof cover. ( Remove old and Install New)
Currently about 104m2 of the roof is corrugated iron sheets and the rest (approx 45m2)is slate tile.
This will all be replaced with zincalume corrugated sheets. I have submitted an application for council permit and awaiting go ahead.
I will also require certificate of compliance on completion, (This is a Must).
(Invoice + Compliance certificate = Payment). If it helps i can give you a google location after you contact me.
Tenants vacating 13/01/2016, property inspections can be conducted after this date.

This guy is good Prompt, Professional, approachable, knowledgeable and a fair quote. "This is how I operate" I have been a (Technician) trades person for over 30 years and you can spot immediately who is a good operator just by how they conduct themselves. This is even before they do any work and this sets the agenda for the outcome of the job. If you deal with somebody and even at the quote stage they are late or confuse the issue about them attending or you have to keep following up or dont call you to let you know they are running late For Me This is Alarm Bells and I would never hire. Rick is the opposite Rick, great to deal with.
