I have a cement tile roof the requires rebedding and recoating. The house is a triple fronted cream brick single story of approx 17sq. It was built in the early 70's. Most of the mortar is falling out of the tiles but the coating itself is in ok condition. I wuold also like the guttering replaced with new colorbond guttering.
