We are currently planning to build a new house in Blackburn South with anticipated start date around February next year (Anticipate roofing required March). We are currently seeking quotes to price up the build to ensure finance is available. We are confident the job will be going ahead. We have full working drawings and engineering completed. We require roof tiling and gutters/downpipes as per the plans attached to this job request. It is a 2-storey house and we will provide a planked walk-way for the project.
It is a fairly simple roof design as you will see in the plan with 20.0deg roof covering 240m2.
