We are looking for a roofer/general handyman to carry out a repair job.
The job: the tin roof on our flat lean-to extension has recently been lifted to carry out wiring work, and is now unsealed, with tenants reporting some leaks.
The total extension area is: approx. 50m2, however, the leaking is only reported in one room (12M). We need the entire area checked, with any lifting areas resealed or replaced.
The roof will likely be replaced within the next 2 years, so for now, we are only interested in stopping the leaks as cheaply as possible.
