Single story house, good access to roof.
I require several repairs to my roof.
1. 3800mm guttering and facia need to be replaced as both have rotted/rusted.
2. Roof requires repointing, cleaning and painting. Some tiles may need to be replaced
3. Check a length of internal (?) guttering as it may need replacing as I have a leak in the roof somewhere.
4. Removal of an old wall heater flue. The heater is long gone, but the top part of the flue is still on the roof.
The price range is a ball park figure.
