Restoration company urgently requires someone for a one off job currently incomplete. approx 100 caps to bed and point (about 60 already stripped) approx 100-120 gables most should only require pointing, 1 valley left to change, pressure clean and paint 4 valleys. Remove old bedding and guttering currently on-site. Valleys, pointing and cement supplied about 20 tiles on-site but will need to purchase more, rails up in next couple of days. Will pay $1800 only, should only take 4 days for 1 person, tradesmen to supply sand and any extra tiles not currently on-site, rubbish fees included in price.
