Tin Roof Re-screwing, Insulation and Guttering Required
Rob requested 3 quotes from Roofers in The Gap
Re-screwing required (old screws rusted, metal sheets in good condition). Wanting to insulate at same time (installer will need to be registered with the govt Home Insulation Program & materials used will need to be on the programs approved list - so rebate can be claimed).
Pitched roof means insulation will need to be thin, 35yr old wiring means I wouldn't be too comfortable with loose fill insulation.
2 lengths of new guttering also required (approx 10M and 7M) plus one new downpipe (2.3M).
I'm very flexible on the 1 month approximate commencement time I've given.
