I have already had the builder who did our renovation look at it. At first I thought the leak was coming from the upstairs bathroom, but according to the builder the water is getting in underneath a tile. The flashing also needs to be replaced. The house has quite a high pitch on the affected corner.
I live in Singapore but my parents are available to meet the tiler.
