The unit is located in Richmond and access to the roof is difficult. You either need to climb over a couple of other saw toof roofs, or perhaps even need a cherry picker. there are a couple of leaks in the middle of the roof and the box guttering seems to leak with heavy rains. Not sure if it needs replacing or what. I\\\\\\\'m hoping someone can come out, look at the problems and give options to rectify the problems. We might even look at laying some insulation of the tin roof needs replacing.
