I have a 560 sqm block and a double storey (38sq builders squares) house on it. the rest of the land needs to be scraped and rubbish removed (bricks, rubble, excess earth, building waste, etc). leveling of ground and supply and spread mulch (wood chips). most of the area to be scraped is at the back. access is via a path at the side of the house (1.5m clearance) so a small bobcat is required.
