We have an existing alarm in our leased business premises that we had to deactivate because noone knew the code and it kept going off. We have since found out the code but don't know how to arm the thing or operate it. We want more sensors and sirens to really give it a presence as we were broken into a couple of weeks ago. The security agent has not been able to come (nrma) and we have given up on them and would like to find someone else.
