We own a property up at the specified address and new tenants whom have moved in have informed us that the alarm system is non operational, as the alarm system was installed a good 10 years ago if... We own a property up at the specified address and new tenants whom have moved in have informed us that the alarm system is non operational, as the alarm system was installed a good 10 years ago if not more we are looking for someone who can possible reset the alarm code for us so that we are able to control the alarm system (previous owners of the house did not supplu us with the code). residence is a single story brick built private property. looking at a budget possible in the $150 range but will be willing to extend up to 200 if required. alarm box at the house has no specific markings on it which i can see, has a big "digital alarm" written on the front and seems to be control by a key at the moment, two positions in which the key can be turned "alarm/out" and "alarm/at home".....i assume these are the alarm settings to let them know if you are home or not so it doesnt go off when someone is in side the house.
