I am leased a shop from Rail Corporation New South Wales at Leppington Railway Station. I plan to open a convenience store with the following facilities; coffee / tea, non-alcoholic beverage, pies,... I plan to open a convenience store with the following facilities; coffee / tea, non-alcoholic beverage, pies, packet foods (e.g., chips), news paper, magazines, ice creams, milk, confectionary items, stationary, cigarettes, fresh fruits, over-the-counter medicines (e.g. Panadol ) and opal card top up. This is a new “28 Sq.m” shop. I need to put some fit outs (small racks) and counter with sink (for coffee purpose) in the premises, including council approvals .
