I have a bakery-hot bread shop (take away food shop) at 86 Lower Plenty Road Rosanna that needs some repairs. There are a couple of issues that need addressing. Firstly, the roof leaks in... I have a bakery-hot bread shop (take away food shop) at 86 Lower Plenty Road Rosanna that needs some repairs. There are a couple of issues that need addressing. Firstly, the roof leaks in heavy rain, this would need to be addressed before any remedial works are carried out internally. so we may need a plumber to fix this problem first. Secondly, the ceiling will need to be replaced, it would require a plasterer who does shop fit outs and commercial work regularly as there is lights, ceiling fans, man holes and a camera security system that would need to be removed and replaced after plastering. Finally the gate at the back. The hinge has broken and will need a new one welded on. Do you think will provide me with someone who will give us good and prompt service. Maybe you have a maintenance company that could get everything done together and co-coordinated by the same people, far easier, cleaner. Many thanks
