We are a small psychology practice, leasing a new office space in Canterbury rd, Surrey Hills (140sqm). We need approx 30m of plasterboard/insulated walls (floor to ceiling), 3 solid doors and the addition of 3 or 4 fire sprinklers to suit council requirements. We also need some additional lighting to the newly created rooms (3 or 4), extra electrical outlets in the walls (approx 6 extra), and phone/computer cabling to reception and 1 other area. Fit-out quote needs to include organising the building surveyor/council approval. The building is new, still being completed, and the ceiling's electrical and plumbing works are exposed so access is currently very straightforward.
