Hi, I am an optometry student at Deakin University in Waurn Ponds completing a business project, for which we are required to create a business plan for the startup of an independent optometry practice. In order to calculate the cost of renovation, we are required to procure a shop fit out quote for the practice. We are looking for a quote for an independent optometry practice aimed for families in Laverton. The size of the property we have chosen is 155 m2, the dimensions are 29 x 5.4. We only need a mid-range fit out. The space was previously a bakery. We completely realise the amount of effort it takes to generate a quote, and that this quote request is not for a real business, but would greatly appreciate absolutely any kind of assistance you may be able to provide in estimating a figure for the fit out cost.
