I am working on retail design project for travel agency that will be located in Wintergarden, Brisbane. The estimate size of store is 92.45sq.m. As part of the project, it requires construction and service quote. I would be very appreciated if you could estimate the cost of wall and plumbing fitting. The cost can be roughly estimated as your convenience.
Ideally, wall will 76mm steel studs finished with 10mm plasterboard. The plumbing service will be for a single sink with only cold water tap. Floor plan can be provided.
