Fix solar inverter 'grid voltage error' after panel reinstall.

A few months ago, we had our solar panels temporarily removed and reinstalled so the roof could be replaced. We have just now noticed that we have been getting a zero feed in credit ever since and the Aerosharp inverter is showing a 'Grid Voltage Error' message.
Unfortunately the company that did the deinstall-reinstall of the panels has recently gone bust.
I believe the most likely problem is a $20 blown fuse, so you may want to come armed with a 10mm X 38mm 16A Ultra Rapid (Semiconductor)
If the job is too small to be worthwhile, I can add 2 or 3 GPO installs in the house.
