The house is tenanted and the vendor is not communicating / providing any history on the equipment. The tenant complains that after only one shower the hot water runs out.
When the booster switch is on everything works well. With the rise in energy costs, we would like to utilise the solar component as much as possible and only use the booster when necessary. The booster switch is currently located outside in the meter box which is inconvenient for the tenant.
I would like your advice and quotation on the best solution to optimise the electricity bill while providing reliable hot water supply.
