I am needing a new set of stairs of my back deck. They will be outdoors. I am thinking of a concrete slab at the base. But the stair arms i am not sure which is better , wood or steel. But the handrails will need to be heritage style to match the deck hand rails i am currently building. ( 90% QLD style houses have this look) .
Experinced builders needed as i am unsure whats legal in Logan shire, and what area i can have the stairs running off.
