Metal stringers to be relocated to widen external stairs (currently 900mm wide, needs to be 1400mm wide). Timber treads to be replaced (9 treads). Will need to replace two galvanised posts and two planks of hardwood timber decking in the process. Re-install existing timber handrails and re-string or replace stainless steel wires between posts.
