our exterior timber stairs leading from a deck downstairs to the ground have been reported as unsafe in a building inspection. There is also a termite concern as timber touches the ground. There are 14 steps and at the top there is a small landing (1.5x1.5m? guess) that is joined to the deck. I require a quote to have the problems rectified urgently.
