Repair or replace the external stairs at our investment property

The external stairs need to be repaired or replaced. The wooden stairs have approximatley 7 treads leading upto a 1.5m x 1.5m landing. Some of the wood is rotten. The stairs may be able to be repaired however I beleive the stairs & landing will need to be replaced. We would like a steel frame with wooden treads and a wooden landing to replace the current stairs.
