Have just moved to a new house with a pool. Previous owners have left no instructions and the pool filter seems to be a mixture of of different systems (Monarch, Waterco), which partly work but... Need advice on what needs to be replaced in the system.

Just had leak detection performed on the swim spa. Leak has been detected and found. Need to access pool from underneath to fix properly unless someone can come up with better solution. To go...
