We are deciding on whether to demolish or renovate our concrete swimming pool. The pool was built 40 years ago but has been empty for the past 5 years. It is approximately 10 x 5 m. It has been resurafced twice with marble crete which has lifted in many spots. A new filter, pump and fencing is also required. Not wanting any landscaping done.
