The real estate agent said the pool would be cleaned when we move in however that isn't the case. The pool is very green dark at the bottom so I'm guessing theres debris sitting on the bottom, theres a slight stench once u get closer to the pool area. The pool needs to be emptied, cleaned, refilled with fresh water, ph levels/chemicals need to be balanced and chlorine needs to be put in. I also need to know what to do to maintain this pool for the longevity of the lease.
