2) Additional antenna outlet in study

Regarding 3, we have one RCD supplying two power circuits - it trips whenever two high-load appliances are are on - eg iron and kettle, or heater and washing machine, etc... There is no common appliance involved, so I don't believe that there is an appliance fault that is to blame.
The job is in a unit - concrete floors and walls.
