House requires data network ports and telephone ports

House already has network connectivity, but with long cat cables and very messy, especially telephone cables.
Have two phones and two PCs. Require local phone ports installed so it is conpatible with VOIP router which hosts my telephone VOIP service (Billion Wireless VOIP/Router). I do not want to use the wireless feature.
1. Require phone ports to be setup (house already has two old original telstra points) to replace these (termination points etc. must be installed for the VOIP/ADSL router to work - ie. not using physical landline to take calls, only via the VOIP ADSL router). Consideration needs to be taken in when terminating these points.
2. Require network ports to be installed in rooms where PCs are and patched up accordingly. Suggest to install a Patch Panel in secure area and make use of a switch to connect to the router.
note: i can provide the switch and router, but patch panel and all ports i will need to get installed.
Please call if you need further explanation. Can only do the job on Saturdays. Require fully licensed cable technician / telephone technician to do this job. Require a patch panel housed, with a key and job must be done professionally, clean and with little damage to fragile walls.
