Have been trying to hook up internet via TPG who confirm that from their end my line is active. However there is no dial tone and no TPG. See email from TPG below: "Telstra technician attended... See email from TPG below: "Telstra technician attended on the case and checked each parameter fromthe Exchange , pillar up to your MDF(Main distribution frame) The Main distribution frame (cabinet box located right outside thebldg.) has been checked and Telstra tech reported that there's no issue wasfound on the network. If issue is beyond the network and client is stillnot getting any sync , it would be the client's repsonsibility or thebldg admin to hire a licensed line tech to fix the issue with their internals The licensed line tech needs to do the ff: 1.) Tract your 'premise line' up to the MDF and 2.) Connect your line to vertical A5 (which is the internet line)"
