ADSL2+ iinet Internet is constantly cutting out and below the speed it should be (less than 1km from exchange). Have had iinet techs look at my end and exchange end and have asked telstra and they can't find faults so they say it's my line somewhere (apartment). I need this checked out and fixed. I also have a phone jack hanging out of the wall (wires etc) which may be a big part of the problem so this needs replacing/fixing.
