Bad tiling job needs a rescue

We've had some premium tiles laid and we've hit a few problems. We need a quote and some independent advice on how to move forward.
Some of the tiles are bowed, so those need to be pulled up and replaced. The grout colour is awful and chalky, so we need to know what our options are there.

He understood the problems we were facing.\\n\\nWe didn\\\'t hire Sam in the end because we choose to pull up the tiling and go with a timber floor instead (rather than repairing the tiles), but I\\\'ll have no hesitation calling Sam when we renovate our bathrooms.
