We are renovating our bathroom & need some tiling done. We currently have a shower over a bath we want to remove the bath to have a larger shower.
The meters squared of tiling required is: Bathroom Walls - 13.3 (includes 3.45 m in the adjacent laundry cupboard).
Bathroom Floors - 4.91 m (this will include an outlet for the shower).
There will also be a toilet outlet, shower head & mixer that will need to be accommodated in the tiling.
We have picked out tiles that are 300 by 300 mm for the floors and the wall tiles are 300 x 600 mm.
We would also like to get our kitchen floor re-tiled at the same time - this is 8.4 m squared approximately. Using 300 x 300 mm tiles. Would it be possible to separate the cost of the kitchen in the quote?
We would like to do the demolition of the current bathroom & removal of the existing tiles to keep the price down. We would have all the surfaced prepared ready for tiling.
