I have the same problem in two bathrooms. Each bathroom shower is leaking around base due to loose tiles and old grouting. I think the bottom 3 or 4 rows, approx 50 rectangular white tiles 200 x 100, are the problem ones. I need a good tiler to identify the real cause of the leak, identify any associated water damage, probably remove shower screen temporarily, repair the leakage and any associated damage, re-tile the affected area (re-apply existing tiles or replace with matching tiles) and then reattach shower screen.
