Andre was very friendly and spent a lot of time discussing my job with me. He made some good suggestions that I hadn't thought of. He also purchased some additional items for me. We had a problem with the floor tiles moving and the grout breaking. Andre was very willing to come back and repair the work -which he had to do on three occasions. Eventually we got the work finished and it looks great. I would recommend Andre as a professional business man but I did not show that same respect for all his workmen that actually do the work. Andre's oversight of the job made sure the work was finished well.

Man turned up without any ID or business card to give me. Very unprofessional. Didn't use a notepad or tape measure to work out quote, just his calculator on his iphone. Quote sounded reasonable but I wouldn\'t employ anyone with this sort of unprofessional approach. Did not instill any confidence.
