problem...... below is what i wrote to landlord that is the problem. please quote on its repair!!!!
he (tenant) has stated that the bathroom now has 10 tiles on floor that are cracked, 5 of which are very bad and one is a hazard as its close to the shower entry and he always trips on it and has cut his foot when getting in and out of shower.
shower base floor has a circular crack around drain now and its 7 inches long.
there is movement with wood under tiles and is possibly rotten. water is falling through tiles and shower floor.
please provide quote asap
