I require floor tiles to be laid and grouted in 1 ensuite, 1 family bathroom, 1 toilet and a hallway. The toilet still has 9 tiles that have to come up and sheeting laid down before new tiles can be completed. The hallway has had most of the tiles laid, it just needs the difficult tiles cut and laid. The town house is in Seaford, Vic. All tiles and grout have been purchased. It is approximate 6 square meters in total. Tiler must be very clean and neat as the house has just had fresh paint throughout and new carpet laid.
