Water egress from the shower, only during use.
On observation, water ingress is visual in two areas from;
1. At the rear of the bath/shower, lies a shelf, tiled, temporary repair on the right edge, water egress onto bathroom floor.
2. At the front left hand side screen, water pooling on bath edge, water egress onto bathroom floor.
On observation there are areas required to be maintained.
1. Cracked wall tile
2. Grout lines need to be cleaned, repaired where required & sealed.
3. Rear bath tiled shelf, remove right tile(possible all tiles) to view damage, relay tiles, grout & seal.
4. Shower screen; you may simply require to caulk the edge of the glass to the frame & frame to tile. All existing caulking should be removed to allow surfaces to be cleaned prior to re-caulking.
