I have a small job, I have one cracked outdoor tile which needs to be removed and replaced. Its a 12 ml thick porcelain tile. A grinder won’t cut it so a wetsaw will be required to cut it up prior... I have a small job, I have one cracked outdoor tile which needs to be removed and replaced. Its a 12 ml thick porcelain tile. A grinder won’t cut it so a wetsaw will be required to cut it up prior to getting it out so as not to damage the adjoining tiles. It needs to be taken out carefully because it’s under a step tile. I have replacement tiles. I also need to have a tile capping put on a small section of an outdoor wall (1.8 metres long - the tiles will need to be cut to fit) and a tile capping on a water feature (2.4 metres long where the tiles will also need to be cut to fit), plus some dark grey grout around the architrave in the kitchen. I have all the tiles required plus the appropriately coloured grout (except for the kitchen where some grey grout with iron oxide added will be needed - a very small quantity). The job is about 4 hours work in total. I will pay $65 a hour plus glue and grout for kitchen. License required
