I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS TILER AT ALL!!!!!!!!! 1 star is far too much for the quality of this work. Richard, ripped me off. First he sucked me in with a cheap quote, then he laid every single tile completely uneven. Not one tile is in the same position as the other.It's the worst tiling job i have ever seen in my life. My 5 year old neice could do a better job. He took my money, then when i queried the bad job done, he avoided me for days then, when he finally contacted me again, refused to take responsibility for his pathetic tiling job. To my horror, he told me he was not prepared to fix the whole floor, only 8 tiles. My entire floor needs to be ripped up and now i have to buy new tiles again and find another tiler that i can trust because of his disgusting tiling job! I am left absolutely devastated and out of pocket. The quality of Richard's work, should have mirrored the quality of the tiles i chose. Dont make the same mistake i did!!!!!!!
