Need a tiler to lay floor tiles in kitchen bathroom laundry and toilet.

At present got vinyl everywhere which is about 20 yrs old. please quote me full price including removing vinyl and without. total area is 20 square mts. would like how much i wil be charged per suare meter laying the tiles and what kind of material will be used (glue and cement sheets and all)
