Remove existing tiles and lay new ones.
Floor size: 2.85m x 3.85m
At this stage I'm thinking about using 60 x 60cm porcelain tiles and would like as small a grout line showing as possible. The size may change but the smallest I would do is 40 x 40cm
Considerations:
- Elements of the existing kitchen will need to be taken out and then put back in once the tiling is done. An island and a European laundry. It shouldn't be overly difficult.
- My apartment is on the second (and top) floor.
- Please allow for rubbish (ie. old tiles) removal as part of the quote as there is nowhere to leave building rubbish at the apartment block
- I'm happy to buy the tiles or the successful contractor can and I will provide details of where to get them from, whatever suits.
