Currently the tile been laid incorrectly (shower and bath tub and around the basin area). I will need the tile to be pull out and restart again (include re-plastering, water proof and repaint).

The job was done to meet my expectation. Shane has worked very hard (weekends, days and nights) to meet the deadline. Happy with the tiling quality, but there are a few outstanding items that need to be completed. I am currently waiting for him to call back and arrange a time to fix it up.
