The worst of the many stuff-ups is that he moved the pipes while packing in the render so that the taps now stick out on an angle. Then he cemented the spindles almost to the handles, making it impossible to change a washer! The tiling is uneven and unsightly and the only way to fix it is to have the whole job re-done. I cannot believe this guy has 15 years experience as claimed.
